How to disable the annoying message “Please Insert a micro SD card” on the New Monitor during intercom or doorbell call-in?

The pop-up message “Please insert a micro-SD card” appears because the Auto Snapshot (Calling In) feature is enabled by default. This function attempts to take a snapshot from the intercom when a call is initiated, which requires a micro-SD card.

To disable this message, please follow these steps on the MON-TCH7:

  1. Go to Settings (gear icon) on the monitor screen.
  2. Enter the admin password if prompted.
  3. Navigate to Intercom Settings.
  4. Locate the option “Auto Snapshot (Calling In)”.
  5. Disable this option.

Once disabled, the system will stop attempting to save snapshots and the SD card warning message will no longer appear during calls.
